Circular construction materials bank
An open marketplace connecting producers, holders, and end-users of secondary construction materials — powered by Digital Product Passports.
Our mission
LIFE IP RESTART is an EU-funded project that promotes the transition to a circular economy in the construction sector. The platform connects demolition sites, processing plants, and construction projects — creating a transparent supply chain for recycled and reused building materials across the Italy–Slovenia cross-border region.
Every material listed on the marketplace can carry a public Digital Product Passport (DPP) — a verifiable, standardised record of its origin, composition, quality tests, certifications, and intended use.
Platform features
Everything you need to find, evaluate, and source circular construction materials.
Material marketplace
Browse and search available recycled aggregates, reclaimed elements, excavated soils, and SRM-based products. Filter by category, location, material group, and availability.
Digital Product Passports
Each product can carry a publicly accessible DPP with origin data, processing methods, quality test results, certifications, and CPR/Annex IV conformity — all in one place.
Side-by-side comparison
Select up to four listings and compare them head-to-head on quantity, location, intended use, and passport status — making sourcing decisions faster.
Quality & compliance
Materials are backed by laboratory test results and certifications. Fit-for-purpose status and EWC codes give buyers confidence in regulatory compliance.
Location-aware
See where materials are stored on an interactive map. Sort by proximity to your project site and plan transport logistics efficiently.
